Important Details

Reservation Deadline: Rooms in the block must be booked by February 21, 2025 to receive the discounted rates. After this date, unreserved rooms will be released back into the hotel’s inventory, and standard rates will apply.

A minimum of 10 rooms must be booked for at least one night to maintain the group discount. If the group falls below 10 rooms, the rates will revert to standard pricing.

Check-In Information

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

The Check-in location is on the 1st floor of The Clubhouse, the first building on the right as you enter the gates of Centennial Plaza. A property map is available for your convenience.

Early Check-In: If you’d like to request an early check-in, please notify the hotel before your arrival. While early check-in cannot be guaranteed, the hotel will do their best to accommodate our group.
